The Studio...

At The Studio we provide support, accountability, motivation and structure and we know that exercising with a group of other like minded people means you are more likely to reach your goals.

Correct technique is important in any workout for the prevention of injury and to maximise results. The Studio's Instructors will ensure that you are taught how to perform the exercises correctly to reduce the likelihood of injuries.

Interaction with other class members who share common interests is a great way to meet new people and make new friends. Consistency in routine is the key to achieving your goals. Scheduled classes are particularly good for those who like to work to a routine and want to see results. They enable people with limited time to fit in a full body workout in a set timeframe.
