Class of the Month: Toning Mixx
What is it?
Toning Mixx is a cardio strength class that involves using dumbbells to perform resistance exercises and workouts to upbeat music. They’re fun workouts that increase your heart rate, work every area of your body and cause serious calorie burn!
What can I expect from a workout?
Toning Mixx last for 45 minutes. Initially, you’ll do a warm up without weights. Then, once you’re warmed up, you’ll take part in an intense muscle and cardio workout using a dumbbell.
Each of your major muscle groups will be worked in turn, including your legs, chest, back, shoulders and abdominals. This ensures maximum calorie burn and toning as it hits every area of your body.
