Nicki invests hugely into continuous education by attending several fitness workshops, conventions, seminars and fitness courses each and every year to keep her clients up to date with the latest fitness trends and to increase her knowledge to ensure that she can serve her clients in the best way possible.

Vicki Smith has had a varied Nursing career culminating in a Specialist Practitioner role in a GP surgery, giving advice on healthy living which included information on diet and exercise.
Due to her extensive nursing background, Vicki is able to offer advice on both diet and exercise to people who are diabetic and those who have other medical problems.
Being a keen regular exerciser she had experienced the benefits for herself and wanted to share those benefits with others. Vicki has been attending Nicki’s classes for around 15 years and this inspired and nurtured her interest in both diet and exercise.
In 2013 Nicki started mentoring Vicki through the Level 2 Exercise to Music instructor qualification. Vicki has subsequently gone on to complete other teaching courses including Kettlercise, Metabolic Effect, Step, Bootcamp and is currently studying to become a level 3 Nutritional Consultant.

Vicki particularly loves teaching the early morning Bootcamps and she enjoys seeing our Bootcamp members increase their fitness, lose weight and enjoy exercise.
Rosie has always enjoyed exercising and keeping fit. She did ballet from the age of 5 to 21 and then started attending fitness classes and swimming. Exercise has always been her passion and teaching fitness classes seemed to be a natural progression.
Rosie obtained her Exercise to Music qualification in 2001 and has been teaching fitness classes including Body Conditioning, Aerobics and Zumba.
Rosie loves teaching classes and it gives her great pleasure to see people enjoying exercise and seeing the benefits such as weight loss and increased confidence in the way they look and feel.
She looks forward to seeing you at The Studio and the community classes and welcoming you to our fitness family.
Jemma Neale has always loved to dance (ballet, ballroom dancing, street dance and Zumba). Jemma has been passionate about health and fitness from a young age and took up running and rock climbing to increase her fitness levels.
Jemma has worked as a manager within the health and fitness industry and it was within this role that her passion for teaching began.
It was not until she attended one of Nicki’s classes that she gained enough confidence to complete her Zumba Instructor course. She continued to increase her fitness qualifications by achieving the Exercise to Music qualification in 2015. Jemma loves the way she feels energised whilst exercising and is passionate about helping people to achieve their goals whilst enjoying themselves in the process.
