Pilates is a system of exercises, which allow you to take control of your mind and your body.

It uses smooth flowing movements that tone and stretch your body and increases strength and flexibility in your muscles and joints. It utilises the power of the mind to help with the exercises and to increase harmony between body and mind.

Pilates exercises have been designed to work the muscles of the body as efficiently as possible in the minimum time. The low impact exercises treat the body as a whole and are very effective. Pilates is suitable for everyone.

Pilates exercises can help to improve your posture and strengthen your core muscles which will help to decrease back and neck pain.

Pilates has numerous benefits for our mental and emotional health as well including releasing emotional tension, providing stress relief and mindfulness!

I run my Pilates classes as 8 week courses on the following days and times:
Monday 10am & 6pm
Thursday 5:50pm

Currently I have Kettlercise and Zumba held in the Fitness Studio at Bromsgrove School, Worcester Road, Bromsgrove, B61 7HP
Zumba and Fit4Life (fitness for over 55's) held in the Main Hall at Avoncroft Art Centre, 84 Redditch Road, Bromsgrove, B60 4JR
