At V-Healthy we want to educate you about healthy eating so that you can personalise your diet according to your needs and goals. That is why we give you easy to follow dietary advice from the most up to date scientific research and educational videos about different topics including nutrition, meal planning and food labelling.
1) Many people start an exercise regime really motivated to see results & go hell for leather when they start. However, if you’re not used to doing this type of exercise then you need to give your body time to adjust to the exercise or else you might put your self at risk of injury.
2) We know that you wont come back to Classes & therefore won’t see results if you work at your maximum effort in your first Class . You’ll probably feel uncomfortably sore the following week which will put you off going to another Class because you think that it will hurt the next time.
You will have exclusive access to your own personal profile page where you will find an online database, forum and a Buddy System which allows you to communicate with other members, enabling you to ask questions, swap ideas and recipes, share goals, results and motivational tips.
To reward your success, we have a rewards system that enables you to build up points. You can do this in many ways, for example by attending Classes , using the diet tracker or achieving your goals. The prizes range from water bottles to Spa trips.

We want to educate you & help you to make small changes to your lifestyle that will lead to life changing results. To do this, we want every one to be considered ‘healthy’, using the latest ways to measure this eg by measuring body fat percentage, visceral fat percentage, water percentage, physique rating, bone & muscle mass. We also measure BMI however we know that this is only accurate for some people.
